Fin charges $0.99 per outcome (a conversation it resolves), with a 50-outcome monthly minimum; Intercom helpdesk seats are extra if you use Intercom. Sourceteller charges per answer: 7 credits, about 1 cent. A conversation usually takes a few answers, so compare on your own volumes.

Sourceteller answers on a website widget, a phone line on your own number, Telegram and a share link, with the source passage attached. Fin is the better fit when you also need a full helpdesk or already run one.
