How it works

  1. 1
    Copy your SIP address

Every workspace gets its own SIP address in the console.

  2. 2
    Route your number to it

Use any phone provider that supports SIP. Keep your existing number — customers call the same line as before.

  3. 3
    Set how it greets

Choose the greeting, the default call language and when it hangs up. Then call it yourself to test.

What you get

36 spoken languages

Callers can speak English, Bangla, Spanish, Hindi and more, and it can match the caller’s language automatically.

Same knowledge as your chat

Answers come from the website and documents you already added, so the phone and the widget say the same thing.

Copes with real calls

Pauses, background noise and speakerphone echo are handled, and it waits quietly while a caller looks something up.

Offers a person

When a caller needs a human, it gives them your own contact message instead of guessing.

74 credits a minute

One price per call minute covers everything said in it. Set a daily cap on voice minutes.

Private to your business

Your documents are kept separate from every other business and never used to train AI models.
